Coaching and Development
Developing Champions for Life
The Raiders are led by a dedicated coaching staff, including Varsity Head Coach Chris Ollson and JV Head Coach Chad Mackay, who foster a philosophy centered on discipline, hard work, and character development. The program focuses not just on creating great football players, but also on mentoring young men to become leaders and respected citizens. This commitment is evident in team initiatives like the Truth and Reconciliation game, where players wear specially designed jerseys to promote awareness and honour Indigenous heritage.
